You can really tell how much she loves her job and how dedicated she is to making guests feel pampered. Our room was filled with incredibly personalized surprises, like a photo of me and my husband printed on a cookie,a gesture that shows true passion and attention to detail, something not so common nowadays. Dinner at the restaurant was exquisite: dishes that literally melted in our mouths, guided by the kindness and professionalism of Valerio, who took us on a culinary journey. We ended the evening at the bar with Vittorio, a very sociable and friendly guy, who introduced us to some truly amazing signature cocktails.
